Time: 9:00 A.M. - 12:00 A.M., Tuesday - Friday
Material Needed: Students will need a notebook and calculator for the Pre-MAT Math and English classes
Workshop Description: The English Pre-Matriculation (Pre-MAT) class is designed to assist students in mastering basic English and writing competencies. Emphasis will be placed on effective writing, including topics such as clarity, conciseness, complex sentence structure, grammar, usage and mechanics, punctuation, exposition, and strategies for preparing students for successful completion of the COMPASS test
